The City of Hastings stores their code of ordinances online using Municode software. Part I is the City Charter, and Part II is the Code of Ordinances.

While every attempt is made to keep this on-line version current, it should be used for reference only. Contact the City Clerk’s Office for the most recent ordinances amending the Hastings Code of Ordinances.
