The undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Hastings, Michigan, does hereby certify that

ORDINANCE NO. 621: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 2 OF THE HASTINGS CODE OF 1970, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING A NEW ARTICLE 2-VI, “OFFICER ETHICS.”

was adopted by the City Council of the City of Hastings at a regular meeting on the 27th day of November 2023.
