The undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Hastings, Michigan, does hereby certify that

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 70 OF THE HASTINGS CODE OF 1970, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING A NEW DIVISION 70-IV-5, “WORKFORCE HOUSING PILOT ORDINANCE.”

was adopted by the City Council of the City of Hastings at a regular meeting on the 11th day of December, 2023.

A complete copy of this Ordinance is available for review at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 201 East State Street, Hastings, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
